В современных условиях здравоохранения особую актуальность приобретает необходимость мониторинга показателей эффективности работы поликлиник. Ежегодные и ежемесячные планы, устанавливаемые Министерством здравоохранения, служат основой для оценки качества предоставляемых медицинских услуг. Однако объем да нных и разнообразие критериев, которые необходимо контролировать, значительно усложняют процесс отслеживания выполнения этих планов. На практике, невыполнение установленных показателей зачастую выявляется лишь на этапе их оглашения, что может негативно сказаться как на репутации учреждения, так и на его финансировании.
In modern healthcare conditions, the need to monitor the performance indicators of polyclinics is of particular relevance. Annual and monthly plans established by the Ministry of Health serve as the basis for assessing the quality of medical services provided. However, the volume of data and the variety of criteria that need to be monitored significantly complicate the process of tracking the implementation of these plans. In practice, non-compliance with the established indicators is often revealed only at the stage of their announcement, which can negatively affect both the reputation of the institution and its financing.
