В статье рассматривается использование цифровых медиаканалов социальной сети Телеграмм с целью формирования образа Родины в процессе преподавания курса английского языка в вузе. Автор доказывает, что работа с материалами по истории России канала Gateway Russia успешно могут коррелироваться с темами программы обучения, развивают коммуникативные навыки Студентов, способствуют формированию гражданственности и патриотическому воспитанию.
The article examines the use of digital media channels of the Telegram social network to form the image of the Motherland in the process of teaching an English course at a university. The author proves that working with materials on the history of Russia from the Gateawy Russia channel can successfully correlate with the topics of the curriculum, develop students' communication skills, and contribute to the formation of citizenship and patriotic education.
