В целях дальнейшего повышения антирисковой способности проектов городского железнодорожного транспорта в строительной организации в управление безопасностью при проектировании городского железнодорожного транспорта вводится теория устойчивости. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>When constructing urban railway transport facilities, it is necessary to take into account the occurrence of emergency situations that can lead to serious safety risks.
