В последние годы все более заметным в сфере образования становится рост требований к качеству образовательных услуг со стороны самих потребителей этих услуг – как из сферы промышленного производства, так и из сферы обслуживания. Повышение качества образования, и в первую очередь, высшего, является ключевой и актуальной задачей. В данной статье рассматривается необходимость разработки и внедрения системы управления и автоматизации учебно-управленческой деятельности, в частности создание программного модуля для конкретного организационного уровня ВУЗа – факультета.
In recent years, the growth of demands for the quality of educational services on the part of the consumers of these services themselves, both from the sphere of industrial production and from the service sector, has become increasingly noticeable in the field of education. Improving the quality of education, and first of all, higher education, is a key and urgent task. This article discusses the need to develop a control system and automation of educational and management activities, in particular the creation of a software module for a specific organizational level of a university - faculty.
