Use of modern information technologies in project management
Abstract
The article is devoted to defining the role of modern information technology project management. There are the main advantages and disadvantages of the use of information technology. There are the above objectives and elements of project management in the context of an automated system. Analyzes the information systems that implement the functions of scheduling and controlling projects and consider their plus-minus, when applying them in practice. We analyze the efficiency of project management that involves planning activities and monitoring their implementation. The method Total Cost of Overship, allowing you to assess the cost-effectiveness of information technology projects.
