Author Guidelines

Rules for the design of articles

The article should include the following data

  1. UDC.
  2. Information about the authors (full name, full name of the organization, position, academic degree, academic title, e-mail for correspondence with the readers of the article) in Russian and English.
  3. The title of the article in Russian and English.
  4. Abstract (3-5 sentences) in Russian and English.
  5. Keywords (3-7 words /phrases, separated from each other by semicolons) in Russian and English.
  6. The text of the article is from 8 to 16 pages.
  7. List of references in accordance with GOST R 7.05-2008 (example of design).

 

Requirements for the design of the article

  1. The text of the article is typed in Microsoft Office Word 2003 and above in Times New Roman font, size 14 in 1.5 intervals. Paper size A 4. Margins: top - 2, bottom - 2, left-3, right - 1. Paragraph indentation -1.25.
  2. Graphic objects and tables must be numbered and signed. Tables and graphic objects should not go beyond the fields of the article. It is allowed to use no more than 4 graphic objects in the article. The size of high-resolution graphic objects must be reduced to the size of the page. Captions to graphic objects are executed as follows: under the frame of the picture, the word "Figure" (space) is placed in the center, the number of the figure in numbers, a dot, a space, the name with a capital letter (without a dot at the end of the sentence). Tables are presented in the form: the word "Table" in the upper right corner, the table number in numbers (if there are more than one), the row below in the center is the name of the table with a capital letter (without a dot at the end of the sentence). If the table is located on two pages, its columns should be numbered on each page.
  3. The material of the article should be arranged in the following order:
  • UDC in the upper left corner. You can determine the UDC using an Internet resource https://teacode.com/online/udc/
  • Full name of the authors indicating the place of work and position, academic degree and title, italicized.
  • In the center in capital letters the title of the article in Russian.
  • Abstract in Russian, italicized
  • Keywords in Russian, italicized
  • The text of the article.
  • Notes (in case of their absence, this section is skipped)
  • Literature
  1. The list of references is placed at the end of the article. The cited literature is numbered in the order of mention, in the text the serial number of the reference is enclosed in square brackets. After the link number, a comma-separated page is indicated, for example, [1, p.32]. The list of used literature is placed at the end of the article and is drawn up without paragraph indents in accordance with GOST R 7.05-2008. The reference number is placed before the punctuation mark (before the comma, dot).
  2. After the list of references, information is placed in English:
  • Full name of the authors indicating the place of work and position, academic degree and title, italicized.
  • The title of the article is centered in capital letters.
  • Abstract in italics
  • Keywords in italics

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
