Designing an automated control system for a Warehouse
Abstract
In the presented work, the task of accelerating the operation of a shelving warehouse for storing blanks was solved by reducing the influence of the human factor on loading/unloading processes. The analysis of the object was carried out, the basic requirements and limitations for the automated system being developed were formed. Based on the analysis, the equipment was selected, a structural and electrical schematic diagram was drawn up, a database was developed and communication with the controllers was configured. The implementation of the developed project will significantly reduce the time spent on searching and transporting the required pallets, as well as minimize the influence of the human factor on the speed and accuracy of the processes of loading and unloading workpieces.
