Logistics issues of organizing emergency rescue operations on destroyed buildings and structures
Abstract
The article analyzes the rubble of buildings and structures by configuration, size and structure. The main indicators of blockages are given. The procedure for organizing and carrying out emergency rescue and other urgent work in case of destruction of buildings and structures in various situations is considered. Brief recommendations of the actions of emergency service personnel in various situations are considered.
