Development of an intelligent analytical platform for managing staff training in higher education
Abstract
The article presents an analytical review of modern software solutions aimed at facilitating the employment of students and graduates of higher education institutions. The study revealed that existing solutions solve the problem of graduate employment in their specialty to a limited extent. As an innovative approach, the development of a specialized digital platform is proposed, the key advantages of which will be: integration with the Elibrary electronic library system and the implementation of algorithms for intelligent resume generation based on the analysis of the user's digital educational and professional profile.
