This article is devoted to the history of the development of impulse neural networks, the study of the works of scientists. Mathematical models of impulse neural networks are considered. The problem of numerical implementation is posed.
The article deals with the concept of autonomous transport. The level of vehicle autonomy required to perform production tasks at enterprises is determined. Specific options for the use of autonomous vehicles in industry are proposed. The existing autonomous equipment from manufacturing plants is considered. As a result, conclusions were drawn about the prospects for the use of autonomous vehicles in the regions of the Far North.
The article presents the results of the analysis of factors determining the operational reliability of the differential of the car in various driving conditions. The description of a mathematical model of a low-friction inter-wheel conical differential equipped with a forced locking mechanism is given. An objective function is proposed that characterizes the level of operability and reliability of the differential.
The article discusses the issues of operating features of electric buses KAMAZ 6282. The operational and technical characteristics of the electric bus, the changes introduced into the design documentation for the 1st hundred electric buses delivered in 2018-2019, the changes introduced into the design documentation for the 2nd hundred electric buses for deliveries in 2019-2020, as well as changes planned for implementation on the 3rd hundred electric buses. The features of an electric bus of a large class of generation 2+, as well as the development of an electric bus based on a unified platform, are considered.
The Strategy for the Development of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation provides for the creation of a new unified Arctic transport system and the formation of regional clusters based on the development of transport infrastructure. It is important to develop the northern territories in such a way that the transport system is environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and accessible to people, so one of the effective measures will be the transition to vehicles that use natural gas for vehicles, because natural gas does not emit black carbon when burned. Economic and research activities in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation are associated primarily with the search for mineral deposits and their further exploitation. We consider the possibility of reducing the negative impact on the environment on the example of the mining complex of the Murmansk region, which is the part of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation. We propose to convert mine dump trucks, as well as shift buses to natural gas for vehicles.
For the development of Russian regions, which have different potential in the field of alternative types of motor fuels application, as well as different strategies of social and economic development, it is necessary to implement comprehensive projects on development of transport systems, which would take into account the specifics of the region, opportunities and risks of such projects, linkages to regions and development strategies. This, according to the authors of the article, will make it possible to effectively use the existing potential for the use of alternative motor fuels in Russia. The purpose of this study is to assess the potential for the introduction of natural gas for vehicles in the transport sector of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, one of the most promising regions of Russia.
The development of the Arctic, which has huge natural resources, is currently a priority for the Russian Federation. Economic research activities in the Russian Arctic zone are primarily associated with the search for mineral deposits and their further exploitation. However, it is necessary to take care in advance that the uniqueness of its natural and climatic landscape is not violated. The article presents ways to reduce the negative impact on the environment, analyzes the possibility of transferring large fleets of equipment (quarry dump trucks) to gas motor fuel, describes the structure of the developed simulation model for the delivery of ore by mining dump trucks to mining and processing plants in the Arctic when switching to gas motor fuel and calculates the optimal size of the fleet with its use.
A multiparametric ranking of continuing functioning, prematurely removed, failed drives by reliability ranges was performed based on publicly available data from one of the world's largest commercial data centers of Backblaze. It was found that a large number of working drives have poor reliability indicators with values other than zero. A matrix method of increasing efficiency (profit) for industrial data centers is proposed due to information distribution according to importance with the cost of storage depending drives’ reliability degree.
A comparative analysis of the parameters of combined diesel engines of heavy-duty vehicles is given. As a result, a forecast is given for the promising parameters of KAMAZ P6 diesels. It is noted that with the existing restrictions on emissions of harmful substances, it is necessary to introduce fundamental changes in the workflow in order to achieve a thermal efficiency of engines of more than 0.5 and higher.
A calculated comparative analysis of the efficiency of the use of turbochargers and drive superchargers as part of reciprocating internal combustion engines with forced ignition of the working mixture was carried out. Dependences for estimating power losses on the drive of the drive supercharger are given.
Regularities of physical-chemical and physical-mechanical processes of formation of Al-Ti-B ligature, which allows optimal technological properties and environmental cleanliness, have been established. A mathematical model has been developed for the physicochemical process of formation of the Al-Ti-B ligature structure depending on the composition of the starting materials. A mathematical model for the operation of the Al-Ti-B ligature for the purpose of grinding grains of the Al-Si system alloy has been developed.
The article deals with the problems of rising costs for transportation in the city of Murmansk. Examples of ways to improve the efficiency of the road network are given. Conclusions are drawn about the choice of the most effective solution for the city of Murmansk. Various control algorithms for an automated traffic control system (ATCS) are considered. The stages of implementation of the implementation of ATCS in the city of Murmansk are given. Conclusions are drawn about the expected effectiveness of the implementation of ATCS in Murmansk.

Within the framework of the article, a practice-oriented approach to teaching students of an economic profile is proposed. The analysis of the costs of enterprises for the admission and adaptation of newly admitted graduates was carried out, possible jobs for economics students were studied. The main purpose of the research is to find a solution to meet the needs of the subjects of the student labor market: the state, enterprises, higher educational institutions and students.
ЯЗЫК В СИСТЕМЕ КОММУНИКАЦИЙ: ФИЛОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ И ЛИНГВИСТИЧЕСКИЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ
The purpose of this study is to describe the polystructural concept of travelogue discourse. Travelogue is a definition that has recently entered Russian linguo-stylistic use; this cultural phenomenon has a multi-layered conceptual and categorical structure with a complex system of components. An understanding of the term "travelogue discourse" in its broad and narrow concept is proposed, its genres are listed, and the reasons for distinguishing between the concepts of "travelogue discourse" and "tourist discourse" are given.
This article deals with the problem of multilingualism. The author considers the linguists' views on the role of language in multicultural countries. The aim of this research is to study the problem of multilingualism. The object of the research is multilingualism. The subject of the research is positive and negative tendencies of multilingualism. The aim of the research is to identify the main regularities of the functioning of languages in multilingualism. The relevance of the considered problem is confirmed by the focus of modern sociolinguistics on the study of the dynamics of language changes, bilingualism, interlingual interference. Using the method of formalization and statistics, we have carried out a quantitative characterization of languages in multicultural countries. The hypothesis of the study is the probability of the limitation of basic linguistic rights in multilingualism, the tendency to lose the opportunity to communicate in the language of one's choice with the threat of cultural survival. The result of the study is the data obtained through the analysis of statistics, indicating the varying degrees of institutional and legal support for languages in multilingualism.
