The state of the microstructure of various steels during the operation of machine parts is investigated. A chemical analysis of the studied samples was carried out, the grain size was revealed, and the hardness of the surface of the parts was determined. According to the research results, the analog has much lower performance than the original, which indicates its significant wear.
An approach to the development of an intelligent system for diagnosing the technical condition of hydraulic drives using big data analysis methods and neural networks is presented. The system allows you to automatically detect malfunctions during the operation of equipment, calculating reliability and residual resource indicators based on probabilistic models. The implementation of the proposed methodology improves diagnostic accuracy, minimizes the risk of failures and reduces maintenance costs by offering automated solutions for controlling and correcting hydraulic system parameters.
In the context of increasing electricity consumption caused by the development of artificial intelligence and increasing amounts of data, datacenters face serious challenges in ensuring stable energy supply. Nuclear power engineering, especially Small Modular Reactors (SMR), is a promising solution capable of providing data centers with reliable and environmentally friendly energy. These reactors can operate around the clock and generate significant amounts of low-carbon energy, contributing to the decarbonization of the sector. However, the implementation of SMR in data centers is associated with regulatory barriers, public opinion, and limited availability of technology. The article discusses the necessity, prerequisites, advantages and difficulties of creating nuclear-powered data centers by integrating SMR into the data center infrastructure, as well as potential solutions to ensure sustainable energy supply in the face of growing demand for electricity.
The problem of comparative analysis of the mechanical analogue of the human hand described in the form of executive kinematic chains represented by a connection of rotational kinematic pairs of the fifth class and an alternative solution in the form of a connection of spherical kinematic pairs of the third class is solved. For both cases, kinematic schemes and corresponding mathematical models of the object are constructed. Working zones are constructed and an assessment of the adequacy of the alternative model of the human hand, implemented with the help of spherical kinematic pairs of the third class, is performed.
